Biography

As director, investment management, Florence Liberski drives the evolution of the firm’s investment platform and enhances the discretionary wealth experience for high-net-worth clients. She partners with investment counsellors to deliver portfolio oversight and product due diligence across discretionary investment mandates.

With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Florence brings deep expertise across investments, operations, and client strategy. She’s known for building scalable service models and leading cross-functional transformation. Prior to her current role, she led private wealth support at Manulife, overseeing client services and operations and driving large-scale initiatives to improve efficiency, risk management, and service delivery. Her earlier experience includes roles at UBS Bank (Canada), the Ontario Pension Board, and RBC Royal Bank.

Florence holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a BA (Honours) from Dublin Business School. She is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC), Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), and a CFA Level II candidate.

She is an advocate for women’s wealth and financial literacy and brings a global perspective shaped by international experience in sales and business development, as well as multilingual fluency.
