Leibin Weng is the director of private wealth, overseeing the operations team and spearheading strategic enhancements across processes and infrastructure.

With more than 10 years of experience in financial services, Leibin specializes in redesigning and automating operating models to deliver greater efficiency, scalability, and control. Since joining Manulife Private Wealth, he’s progressed through roles in compliance, finance, and operations leadership, consistently improving workflows and implementing sustainable operational changes.

Leibin is a CFA Charterholder and earned a Master of Finance from The Ohio State University. He also holds dual undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Finance.
